Nawazuddin Siddiqui May Play a Role of Balasaheb Thackeray in His Biopic
After seeing series of hits on the topic of biopic, now Shiv Sena leader is going to produce a movie on Late Balasaheb Thackeray, Who was the Founder of Shiv Sena Party, and right-wing radical Hindu, Marathi Ethnocentric. The first screening of the movie will be unveiled on December 21 in Mumbai under the presence of Amitabh Bachchan.
If DNA report is to be believed, the Gang Of Wasseypur Actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who has consolidated his name in Bollywood and earned a national award for best actor. No he is also recognized as an International actor too. He is likely to play a role of Bal Thackeray in his biopic.

Rajyasabha MP, Shiv Sena Spokesperson Sanjay Raut Has been Working on Script for Four Years
Rajyasabha MP and Shiv Sena spokesperson Sanjay Raut who has scripted the story said, he was inspired by Richard Attenborough’s Gandhi and Justin Chadwick’s Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom. “As someone who spent a lot of time with Balasaheb I know there is so much in his life that lends itself to the big screen,” he said. “Balasaheb was a mass leader and I want this to be a mainstream popular film which will strike a chord with all those who know about him and his struggle.”
Nawazuddin has created a stir last month after he revealed explicit details about his affairs in his memoir, An Ordinary Life. After his ex-girlfriends Niharika Singh and Sunita Rajwar slammed him publicly, he withdrew the book.
Another Marathi film based on the life of Balasaheb’s ideologies was released in 2015 titled Balkadu, which was also the brainchild of Sanjay Raut.
Earlier, there were reports that Thackeray’s daughter in Law, Smita Thackeray was producing a biography on the life of Thackeray and Big B had received the majority votes to play the lead, among other contenders that included Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Manoj Bajpayee. However, we don’t know if it’s the same film.
